Products
Understanding documentation
A Flight Itinerary is a document built from real scheduled flights and the passenger details you give us. Nothing is booked with an airline, so it has no PNR. A Verifiable Flight Reservation is a real seat held with an airline and left unpaid. It carries the airline's booking reference and the date the reservation expires.
Orders
Delivery and booking access
Your order confirmation shows the delivery estimate for the selected product. We will send status updates by email, and completed documents can be accessed from Manage My Booking.
