Terms of Service

BookTourSensei provides carefully described flight documentation products. The exact product selected at checkout, its delivery estimate, and the information supplied by the relevant provider form part of your order record.

We may update our service, available routes, providers, and product features when reasonably necessary to operate the platform or comply with applicable requirements.

• Flight Itinerary. A professionally generated document based on flight data and your supplied passenger details. It is not an airline reservation, has no live airline PNR, and cannot be used for boarding.
• Verifiable Flight Reservation. A temporary reservation only where the underlying provider supports it. A PNR, provider reference, airline details, validity period, or verification guidance is shown only when actually supplied. It is not represented as a ticket, confirmed transport, or boarding authority.
• Real Flight Ticket. This product is not currently available to purchase through BookTourSensei.

You must provide complete and accurate passenger and contact information. You are responsible for checking all names, dates, routes, and document details promptly after delivery. Corrections may be subject to provider limits, timing, and applicable charges.

An order is accepted once payment is confirmed and we begin processing it. If a requested product cannot be fulfilled, we will notify you using the email address supplied with the order.

Documentation requirements differ between airlines, embassies, visa centres, border agencies, and destinations. You must independently confirm what documentation is appropriate for your situation before placing an order or relying on a document.

BookTourSensei does not guarantee visa issuance, entry to a country, airline acceptance, border clearance, or any outcome from presenting our products to a third party.

Prices, taxes where applicable, and the selected currency are presented before payment. Payment is handled by our authorised payment provider. Refund eligibility is explained in our Refund Policy and may depend on whether work has started, a document has been delivered, or an external provider has completed a reservation request.

You may not use the platform to provide false identity information, misrepresent the nature of a document, evade legal requirements, interfere with the service, or attempt unauthorised access to orders or systems. We may suspend or cancel activity that we reasonably believe is fraudulent, unlawful, or harmful.

To the extent permitted by law, BookTourSensei is not liable for indirect losses or losses caused by third-party systems, provider availability, inaccurate customer information, or a third party’s decision to accept or reject documentation. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
